Our Credit Dispute Process (4 Phases)
We follow a structured 4-phase dispute process rooted in FCRA and Metro2 standards:
🔹 Phase 1: Personal Information Cleanup
– Removing outdated names, addresses, employers
– Disputing clearly inaccurate or unverifiable items
🔹 Phase 2: Metro2 Compliance Round
– Reviewing reporting format compliance using data furnisher rules
– Challenging technical reporting violations
🔹 Phase 3: Factual + Legal-Based Challenges
– Leveraging documented errors and violations
– Issuing advanced dispute language backed by consumer law
🔹 Phase 4: Final Escalation
– CFPB complaints or legal referral for unresolved accounts
– Final validation requests and settlement recommendations
You’ll be updated after each round through email and your portal.
